BELPRE — Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Oct. 1:

• Sept. 25, Kayla M. Toncray, 19, Coolville, was cited for speeding, 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Sept. 25, Brianna K. Wolpert, 22, Athens, was cited for speeding, 73 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Sept. 25, Kyle R. Wince, 29, Belpre, was cited for possession of marijuana and expired registration.

• Sept. 25, Devan J. Temple, 28, Belpre, was cited for possession of marijuana.

• Sept. 25, Austin M. Adkins, 20, Davisville, was cited for driving under suspension and for having only one operable headlight.

• Sept. 26, Daniel L. Lynch, 22, Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and for having only one operable headlight.

• Sept. 28, Joshua R. Cline, 24, Washington, W.Va., cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.

• Sept. 28, John H. Heffner, 71, Parkersburg, was arrested for OVI and failing to signal when changing course.

• Sept. 29, Gemma E. Tompkins-Cox, 19, Vienna, was arrested for underage consumption.

• Sept. 29, Ethan S. Farinash, 21, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

• Sept. 29, Katelynn R. Dulaney, 18, Belleville, was cited for speeding, 71 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Sept. 29, Tyler A. Miller, 22, Stockport, was cited for failing to signal before changing course and for expired registration.

• Sept. 29, Samuel M. Hudson, 19, Vienna, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Sept. 29, Angel N. Ball, 33, Belpre, was arrested for OVI, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Sept. 30, Ian S. Swain, 19, Shadyside, was cited for speeding, 76 mph in a 50 mph zone.

• Sept. 30, Hunter T. Piatt, 27, Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. Charges were obstructing official business, driving under suspension, no motorcycle endorsement, failure to display license plates and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• Sept. 30, Kenneth E. Sewell, 51, Belpre, was arrested on warrants out of Marietta Municipal Court and transported to the Washington County Jail. Original charges were for theft, a felony, and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
