Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 10:

• Megan Kirina Mader, 20, of 17 Campbell St., Athens, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams of marijuana, and received a sentence of probation. Charges of no registration light and no proof of insurance were dismissed.

• Christopher Allen Streight, 32, of 221 South Sixth St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and failure to render information and was released on a $5,500 bond.

• Jimmy Jack Vandal, 30, of 1713 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and bond was set at $25,000 cash.

• Anthony L. Thornabar, 31, of 11797 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

• Stone Cole Emrick, 20, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of domestic battery and bond was set at $1,000.

• Jeremy Scott Dickston, 32, of 219 10th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident and released on a $1,000 bond.

• Jennifer Rose Hopkins, 23, of 1210 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $500 surety bond.

• Danny Ray McClung, 58, of 71 Fawn Run Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoked for DUI, improper motor vehicle inspection, improper registration and no insurance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Wesley Isiah Brookover, 27, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Angela Therese Hile, 38, of 1076 Homewood Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, expired motor vehicle inspection and no insurance and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Wesley Dean Lowers, 26, of 503 Lincolnshire Drive, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on a $500 bond.

• Gina Nicole Hand, 38, of 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to render information, trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing and bond was set at $400 surety.

• Eric Leon Parkins, 37, of 608 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, with intent to distribute and bond was set at $10,000 bond.

• Brittany Jo Ferrell, 32, of 50 River Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

• Herbert Bess, 46, of 2504 Beverly St., Apt. 15E, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and attempt to commit a felony and bond was set at $50,000 surety.

• Justin Anthony Baker, 30, care of 2608 Avery St., garage apartment, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and petit larceny and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Donald Edward Carter Jr., 41, of 2512 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting, including one out of Putnam County, and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

• Akietta N. Parker, 26, of 1513 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance and bond was set at $10,000.

• Pamela Dawn Williams, 44, of 1403 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and trespassing and bond was set at $600.

• Mark Aaron Ward, 43, of 1131 1/2 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense charge of shoplifting and was released on $1,000 bond.

• Rachel Dawn Bonnett, 35, 268, of Mt. Olive Ridge Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a no motor vehicle inspection charge and was released on $250 bond.

• Thomas Allen Keller, 51, of 1449 East Poplar St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to expired motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

• Jesse Charles Waggoner, 37, of Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed after the alleged victim declined to seek prosecution.

• Lucas Michael Mollohan, 28, of Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed after the alleged victim declined to seek prosecution.

• David Floyd Miller, 71, of 3020 Duckcreek Road, Lower Salem, had a DUI charge dismissed under a deferred sentence program and was assessed $215.25 in court costs.

• Justin Kyle Tewkesbury, 31, of 521 Barclay St., No. 15, Belpre, pleaded guilty to battery, was sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $1,435.07 in fines, court costs and restitution.

• Ricky L. Campbell, 23, of 2203 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, was sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

• Seth Austin Hanna, 20, of 820 Market St., Apt. 204, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs. He had charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and petit larceny dismissed to the officer failing to appear.

• Timothy Paul Reisinger, 36, of 1285 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and obstruction and was assessed $395.50 in fines and court costs.

• Theodore J. Gibson, 35, of 1209 Pike St., Parkersburg, had charges of expired registration and o proof of insurance dismissed after an officer failed to appear and a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed due to an officer failing to appear and no labs.

• Stephen Jay Wilson Jr., 39, of 2007 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $608.25 in fines, court costs and restitution.

• Travis Anthony Fordyce, 24, of 3514 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving under suspension and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

• Randal Scott Martin, 30, of P.O. Box 821, Elizabeth, had charges of driving under suspension and no insurance dismissed after an officer failed to appear.

• Robert Dewayne Holley, 41, of 622 Kenner St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

• Stephanie Dawn Hall, 39, of 316 Delray Dr., St. Albans, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

• Theodore J. Gibson, 35, of 1209 Pike St., Parkersburg, had a charge of receiving/transferring stolen goods dismissed after an alleged victim failed to appear and a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed at the state’s request.
