VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports on Sept. 6:
• On Aug. 15, Brandy N. Wartes of Parkersburg was arrested for petit larceny.
• On Aug. 15, Charles T. Caton of Vienna was arrested for assault on police officer, obstruction to police officer and a shoplifting warrant.
• On Aug. 16, Alexander J. Clark of Parkersburg was cited for driving on revoked.
• On Aug. 16, R.U. Outavit of Vienna was arrested on a warrant for violation of personal safety order.
• On Aug. 16, Christopher P. Smith of Parkersburg was arrested for shoplifting, failure to appear warrant and shoplifting second-offense.
• On Aug. 17, Fred B. Lamp of Vienna was cited for possession of controlled substance.
• On Aug. 19, Michael K. Kelley of Parkersburg was cited for shoplifting.
• On Aug. 19, Eric R. Drake of McFarland was cited for shoplifting.
• On Aug. 20, Vincent E. Bell of Vienna was arrested for DUI.
• On Aug. 21, R.U. Outavit of Vienna was arrested for obstruction.
• On Aug. 22, Thomas E. Malone of Parkersburg was arrested on a driving on suspended warrant.
• On Aug. 24, R.U. Outavit of Vienna was arrested on a warrant for violation of personal safety order.
• On Aug. 25, Paul A. Roberts of Vienna was arrested for violation of protective order, domestic assault warrant, obstructing warrant and possession of firearm warrant.
• On Aug. 26, Gregory A. Hutson of Vienna was cited for driving on suspended third-offense.
• On Aug. 28, Ronnie J. Shears-Trujillo, Mineral Wells, was arrested for shoplifting.
• On Aug. 30, Kara F. Stover of Gallagher, W.Va., was arrested for fraudulent use of an access device.
• On Sept. 2, Francis N. Waggoner Jr. of Parkersburg was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.
• On Sept. 3, Melissa L. Shroyer of Parkersburg was cited for shoplifting.
• On Sept. 4, Justin R. Hoover of Washington was arrested for distribute/exhibit material minors sexually explicit conduct.
