Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Sept. 18.

* Robert Lee Woodring, 34, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 4E, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was assessed $160.25 in court costs and fines.

* Michael Dalton Nutter, 24, 188 Wooldlawn Ave., Belpre, was dismissed without prejudice for driving under the influence after an additional discovery was made in the case.

* Bradley Thomas Thorpe, 33, 4706 10th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI and was assessed $335.25 in court costs and fines.

* Gina Nicole Hand, 48, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to render information, obstruction and trespassing. As part of a plea agreement, she was dismissed on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, one year probation and assessed $530.75 in court costs and fines.

* Sabrina L. George, 49, 2197 River Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of embezzlement and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Marylyn Jean Wagner, 29, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Michael Thomas Trammell Jr., 36, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Allen Montgomery, 34, 4205 14th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while suspended and reckless driving. He was released on a $1,000 cash bond.

* Antonio Manule Defrietas, 22, 3965 Progress Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering and burglary. He is being held at the Northern Central Regional Jail on a $100,00 surety bond.

* Delano Colin Farey, 48, 2305 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a violation of a protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

Athens Sheriff

ATHENS, Ohio — The Athens County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Sept. 18:

* On Sept. 17, the Athens County Sheriff’s Office was called to Nurad Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The caller advised that a vehicle pulled up to his property and when the complainant came outside the person got back in the vehicle and left the area. Deputies patrolled the area with negative contact.

* On Sept. 17, the Athens County Sheriff’s Office dispatched to Circle Drive in reference to an active dispute. Upon arrival, it was determined that both the complainant and suspect had fled the scene prior to deputy’s arrival. No further action taken.

* On Sept. 17, the Athens County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Mush Run Road. Deputies investigated the scene and determined that the incident was mutual in nature. Other family members were on scene and advised they were able to keep the parties separated until they were able to speak with each other at a later time.

* On Sept. 17, the Athens County Sheriff’s Office responded to OH-144 in Coolville for a report of an abandoned vehicle blocking a driveway to a residence. Deputies checked the area and the vehicle had left just prior to arrival. No further action was needed, and the case was closed.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports Sept. 18:

* On Sept. 17, the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 112 calls for service.

* Joshua Montgomery, 34, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of reckless driving and driving while license suspended/revoked.

* Antonio Defrietas, 22, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 17 on warrants for burglary and breaking and entering.

* Amy Mackey, 27, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 17 on a capias warrant for second-offense driving while suspended.

* Michael Trammell, 36, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of first-offense domestic battery.

* Marylyn Wagner, 29, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of first-offense domestic battery.

* On Sept. 17, officers responded to 14th Avenue in reference to a destruction of property.

* On Sept. 17, officers responded to Marietta Avenue in reference to a destruction of property that already occurred.

* On Sept. 17, officers responded to Spring Street in reference to a stolen registration plate.

* On Sept. 18, officers performed a traffic stop and cited Mariha Berry on a possession of a controlled substance charge.

* On Sept. 17, officers investigated two motor vehicle accidents.

Belpre Police

BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Sept. 18:

* Sept. 14, Miranda N. Hartley, 28, of Elizabeth was cited for driving under suspension and for a red light violation.

* Sept. 14, Patsy R. Camp, 61, of Belpre was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device-road closed signs.

* Sept. 14, Annetta K. Baker, 35, of Belpre was cited for a stop sign violation.

* Sept. 15, Richard S. Walraven-Adams, 25, of Columbus was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear out of Athens County, original charge was aggravated menacing. Walraven-Adams also was cited for driving under suspension.

* Sept. 15, Jeffrey D. Dugan, 35, of Parkersburg was arrested on warrants out of Marietta Municipal Court and transported to the Washington County Jail. Charges include robbery, assault, theft without consent and aggravated menacing.

* Sept. 15, Joshua S. Florence, 31, of Belpre was cited for driving without a license.

* Sept. 15, Hunter T. Piatt, 27, of Belpre was arrested for disorderly conduct-cease and desist and transported to the Washington County Jail.

* Sept. 15, Marc A. Hescht, 60, of Belpre was arrested for disorderly conduct-cease and desist.

* Sept. 15, Julie E. Sullivan, 36, of Oak Gove, La., was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device-no turn on red.

* Sept. 16, Jared A. Kuhl, 39, of Mineral Wells was cited for failing to register a motor vehicle.

* Sept. 17, Jennifer L. Ridenhour, 51, of Walker was cited for expired registration.

* Sept. 17, Leslie R. Westfall, 61, of Davisville was cited for expired registration.

* Sept. 17, Evan A. Stewart, 20, of Vienna was cited for expired registration.

* Sept. 17, Tiffany N. Parsons, 23, of Coolville was cited for expired registration.
