PARKERSBURG — Wood County Circuit Court heard the following cases on Sept. 7.
Judge Robert Waters’ Court:
∫ James Erin Burke, 36, in custody, withdrew a previous plea and pleaded guilty to charges of delivery and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine; his sentencing will be on Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.
Judge Jason Wharton’s Court:
∫ Travis Berg Collins, 42, in custody, made a motion to reduce his bond but the state objected. The court granted and the bond is now $10,000.
∫ Sylvia Castillo, 49, in custody, made a motion to reinstate her bond and the court denied the motion.
PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Sep. 7.
∫ Justin A Baker, 30, homeless, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and petit larceny. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
∫ Daniel Lee Frame, 36, pleaded guilty to domestic battery. He was assessed $160.25 and court costs and fines and sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 57 days served.
∫ Brittany Joe Pharrell, 32, 50 River Run Road, Bellville, Ohio, was arraigned on a third offense shoplifting charge and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
∫ Sierra Ellen West, 19, 48 Potters Lane, Roseville, Ohio, was arraigned on the charge of shoplifting; she was assessed $165.25 plus the $74 civil penalty owed to the victim.
∫ Zachary Fink, 25, 1341 Spring St., Parkersburg, was cited for driving while suspended and having no proof of insurance.
∫ The case of Charles Ray Mackey, 36, was dismissed on the charge of domestic battery because the victim denies the allegation.
∫ Jamar Donnell Stewart, 23, 3740 Maxwell St., Detroit, had his preliminary hearing waived for a conspiring to violate charge. His case was bound to circuit court.
∫ David Ryan Westfall, 41, 50620 Bigley Ridge Road, Long Bottom, Ohio, pleaded guilty to maintaining a vehicle for keeping and using controlled substances. He was assessed $160.25 and court costs and fines and sentenced to one year unsupervised probation.
∫ Therese Hill, 38, 1076 Homewood Road, Parkersburg was arraigned on charges of driving while suspended or revoked, having an expired motor vehicle inspection and no proof of insurance; she was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance. bond.
∫ Arthur Ramirez Steger, 35, 166 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, had his preliminary hearing waived on charges of manufacturing delivering and possession of a controlled substance with intent. His case was transferred to circuit court.
BELPRE — Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Sept. 4.
∫ Bradley W. Morehead, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested for violating a protection order and domestic violence. Morehead was transported to the Washington County Jail.
∫ Kevin M. Groth, 29, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for theft and placed at the Washington County Jail.
∫ Jeremy D. Lewis, 38, of Marietta, was cited for a stop sign violation.
∫ Wesley J. Radabaugh, 27, of Belpre, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a felony warrant out of Kentucky. Radabaugh was placed at the Washington County Jail.
∫ Justin E. Bowman, 26, of Belpre, was cited for having an expired registration.
∫ Misty L. Wright, 48, of Parkersburg, was cited for having an expired registration.
∫ Jennifer E. Ludlow, 41, of Waverly, was cited for having an expired registration.
∫ Blair L. Adams, 38, of Parkersburg, was cited for having fictitious license plates.
∫ Robin M. Plauche, 53, of Parkersburg, was cited for having an expired registration and for not wearing a seat belt.

∫ Kyle G. Ollom, 22, of Cutler, Ohio, was cited for having an expired registration.
∫ Alfred C. Way Jr., 64, of Parkersburg, was cited for not wearing a seat belt.
∫ Jerry M. Bedilion, 68, of Marietta, was cited for speeding, 45 mph in a 25 mph zone.
∫ Chesney F. Pettus, 21, of Parkersburg, was arrested on multiple warrants out of Belpre Mayor’s Court for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana (two separate citations), paraphernalia and a traffic violation.
WILLIAMSTOWN — Williamstown Police Department released the following reports Sept. 5.
∫ Tara D. George, 32, Belpre, was cited for speeding, 46 mph in 25 zone on Highland Avenue.
∫ Gary W. Best, 19, Little Hocking, was cited for speeding, 60/45, on West Third Street.
∫ Brittnie Saliba, 30, Williamstown, was cited for parking in a handicap zone without permit.
∫ April Bartenschlag, 20, Chandlersville, Ohio, was cited for speed, 66/45, on Rt. 14.
∫ Matthew Shane Bailey, 31, Williamstown, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine after officers allegedly observed Bailey passed out in a vehicle on the lot of Go Mart. Officers recovered a glass pipe and baggy with suspected methamphetamine. Bailey was placed in the Department of Corrections overnight and later released after posting bond.
∫ Jansen Mossock, 24, Marietta, was cited for a red light violation on Highland Avenue.
∫ William Joseph Mitchell, 33, Marietta, was arrested on warrant for possession of controlled substances at the Williamstown boat ramp. Mitchell was placed in the Department of Corrections pending his arraignment at Wood County Magistrate Court.
∫ Larry Sims, 76, Rockport, was cited for a red light violation on Highland Avenue.
