Circuit Court

PARKERSBURG — The following case appeared in Wood County Circuit Court on Aug. 27:

* Matthew James Sinclair, 28, West Palm Beach, Fla., pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and his sentencing is set for Oct. 30.

Sinclair was indicted January on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 27:

* Kristopher Robert Merry, 32, of 3901 Second Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of false emergency report and public intoxication and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Michael Meredith Stephens, 61, of 98 Woodstone Road, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Stacy Kay Odell, 48, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Lacole D. Dalrymple, 31, of 1220 Williamson Ave., New Matamoras, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance and defective equipment and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Paul Allen Roberts, 58, of Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of obstructing and one count each of violation of a protective order, domestic assault and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

* Brittany Marie Karcher, aka Brittany Goss, 31, of 1017 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three worthless check charges and one count of third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jonathon Dillon Clayton, 22, of 805 25th St., Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of fleeing and bond was set at $11,000.

* Diamante Demetrius Thompson, 18, of 2412 Covert St., Apt. 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* R.U. Outavit, 67, of 1500 12th St., Apt. 203, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of violating a personal safety order and bond was set at $3,000 cash.

* Sarah A. Atkinson, 29, of 101 Grapevine Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of improper registration and expired motor vehicle inspection and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Frankie Don Hall II, 25, of 836 Wildwood Circle, St. Albans, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, throwing lighted material on a roadway, litter upon a highway and driving on a suspended license and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert James McFee, 41, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery, and bond was set at $5,000.

* Bradley I. Swisher, 28, of 2708 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no motor vehicle inspection sticker, driving on a license revoked for DUI and no proof of insurance and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Wayne Hupp Jr., 25, of 906 Hawthorne St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and bond was set at $500 surety.

* Mark William Richards, 30, of 57 Harley Lane, Pennsboro, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* William Joseph Tanner, 21, of 575 Leachtown Lane, Walker, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering (automobile) and destruction of property and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Amanda Elizabeth Parrish, 26, of 26561 Main St., Coolville, was arraigned on five counts of forgery of a public record and one count each of shoplifting, public intoxication, obstructing and failure to render information. Bond was set at $7,500.

* Brian Keith Wikinson, 52, of 194 Price Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of fifth-offense driving on a license revoked for non-DUI, second-offense no insurance, expired registration and fraudulent motor vehicle inspection and released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Gregory Lee Smith, 32, of 689 E. Maple St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for DUI and a capias warrant for DUI and released on a $3,000 bond.

* Nathan Kyle Bourgeois, 22, of 1047 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $250 cash bond.

* Aaron Ethan Graham, 45, of 1300 Ash Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of boating under the influence and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sherry A. Parsons, 43, of 373 Rocky Road, Grantsville, was arraigned on a charge of no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Joanne Kimble (Kirby), 44, of 1010 Cornwall St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and released on a $31,000 bond.

* Gregory Alan Stephens, 59, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense domestic assault and third-offense domestic battery and bond was set at $5,000.

* Charles Ray Mackey, 36, homeless, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and violation of a protective order and bond was set at $2,000.

* Katherine Annette Jean Harbison, 22, homeless, was arraigned on a burglary charge and bond was set at $15,000.

* James Robert Miller, 35, of 271 East Pine St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of material depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct and bond was set at $35,000. Miller pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing a structure or place for use of controlled substances by others, was sentenced to six months jail with credit for times served and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Brandon Tyler McPherson, 21, of 902 23rd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to child neglect creating risk of bodily injury, was sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Aaron N. White, 20, of 356 Winding Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor dismissed under a diversion agreement for six months probation and $160.25 in court costs.

* Kayellen V. Ferrell, 20, of 4 Poplar Drive, Vienna, had a charge of possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor dismissed under a diversion agreement for six months probation and $160.25 in court costs.

* James Earl Bee, 32, of Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $410.25 in fines and court costs.

* Debra G. Vannoy, 57, of 4413 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* Donald R. Cline, 53, of P.O. Box 486, Athens, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of speeding and expired operator’s license and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Virginia Dawn Sears, 42, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a domestic violence bond order and trespassing and bond was set at $600.

* Leroy Edward Pudder, 47, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and bond was set at $500.

* Deshawn D. Nelson Jr., 19, homeless, was arraigned on a burglary charge and bond was set at $5,000.

* David Michael Carpenter, 24, of 2704 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, had a petit larceny charge dismissed due to insufficient evidence to proceed.

* Michael Scott Hatch, 24, of 298 Piggott Place, Munday, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of improper registration and two counts of driving under suspension and was released on $5,000 bond.

* Santana Dionne Eddy, 18, of 500 13th St., Apt. 300, Parkersburg, had a disorderly conduct charge dismissed due to the state no longer wishing to prosecute.

* Gina Nicole Hand, 48, of 563 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

* Dallas Carter, 38, of 281 Tan Trough Road, Palestine, had charges of improper registration, driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and improper motor vehicle inspection dismissed due to an officer failing to appear.

* Amanda L. Sharpe, 30, of 72 Pleasant View Drive, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to obstruction, was sentenced to 15 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

* Zackary Alan McGee, 27, of 1522 27th St., Vienna, had charges of driving under suspension and failure to obey a traffic control device dismissed due to an officer failing to appear.

* David Lee Burke Jr., 40, of Rockport, had a domestic battery charge dismissed after an alleged victim failed to appear.

* Aline Aiyana McPherson, 19, of 15776 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense child neglect creating risk of bodily injury , was sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Bradley Steven Wright, 33, of 1715 Harris Highway, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a third-offense charge of driving under suspension and was released on $1,000 bond.
