Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports July 23:

* Austin Lee Skidmore, 25, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jamaal Alexander Stokes, 27, of 1215 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, second-offense driving on a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Elizabeth Anne Mullins, 47, of 1700 Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Randall Andrew Beatty, 31, of 127 Mineral Park Estates, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

* Brian Keith Riser, 39, of 2993 Dutch Ridge Road, Apt. 10, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for DUI and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Larry Paul Gross, 49, of 568 Happy Valley Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Daniel Trevor DeWitt, 37, of 2989 Dutch Ridge Road, Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dustin Andrew Merrill, 28, of 1066 1/2 Washington St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Joseph Byron Cain, 31, of 1315 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Carl Ray Sprout, 35, of P.O. Box 14, Walker, was arraigned on charges of forgery of a public document, shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and obstruction and bond was set at $5,500.

* Michael Paul Rhodes, 39, 821 1/2 Quincy St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper registration, third-offense driving under suspension, no insurance and prohibited left turn and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Landry Brydan Smith, 32, 777 Devaughn Road, Walker, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, no registration and improper motor vehicle inspection and was released on $500 bond.

* Keysha Nicole Church, 27, 13 Spruce St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting less than $500 and obstructing and bond was set at $750.

* Debbie Lynn Haislep, 40, 12 11th St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, waived preliminary hearings on two uttering counts and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Shaquille Morgan Dawkings, 25, 289 Ira St., Akron, Ohio, had probable cause found on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Susan Elizabeth Wilmoth, 49, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge, was sentenced to 10 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

Belpre Police

BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports July 23:

* On July 13, Jennie I. Tranter, 39, of Lower Salem, was served a warrant while at the Washington County Jail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

* On July 13, Tracy M. Harbin, 49, of Mineral Wells, was cited on charges of driving with an expired license and having an expired registration.

* On July 13, Brandon K. Baker, 32, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of speeding, 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On July 14, J’Andre R. White, 21, of Belpre, was cited on a charge of failure to maintain control.

* On July 14, Brittani D. Bassell, 19, of Bridgeport, W.Va., was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct – failure to cease and desist.

* On July 14, David M. Eaton, 51, of Cape Coral, Fla., was cited on a charge of speeding, 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On July 15, Braden M. Sheppard, 19, of Sistersville, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 15, Carolyn J. Hornish, 32, of Pennsboro, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. Hornish had active warrants for failure to appear in Belpre Mayor’s Court for driving under suspension and a tail light violation.

* On July 16, Chesney F. Pettus, 21, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and for having only one operable headlight.

* On July 16, Emily N. Dunn, 22, of Belpre, was cited on a possession of marijuana charge.

* On July 16, Willard F. Henry, 56, of Hillsboro, Ohio, was cited on a charge of speeding, 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On July 16, Gabrielle R. Faires, 21, of Pickerington, Ohio, was cited on a charge of speeding, 67 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On July 16, Adam D. McCray, 23, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 16, Stacey L. Cleary, 42, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 17, Michael J. Massey, 22, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of driving without a license.

* On July 17, Robert C. Wix, 68, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 18, Dustin A. Atkinson, 32, of Belpre, was arrested on warrant out of Washington County for contempt on child support. Atkinson was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving without a license, expired registration and fictitious license plates. Atkinson was transported to the Washington County Jail.

* On July 18, Tyler H. Tanner, 18, of Belpre, was cited on a charge of speeding, 42 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* On July 18, Chadwick D. Fouse, 30, of Davisville, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 19, Matthew G. Davis, 22, of Belpre, was cited on a red light violation charge.

* On July 19, Tristen P. Persinger, 22, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of driving under suspension and for having an expired registration.

* On July 19, Minda A. Blaza, 56, of Parkersburg, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 19, Douglas E. Adams, 57, of Washington, W.Va., was cited on a charge of speeding, 67 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* On July 20, Jason M. Stollings, 44, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of driving under suspension and for having an expired registration.

* On July 20, David G. Parsons, 33, of Vienna, was cited on a charge of having an expired registration.

* On July 20, Robert E. Baker, 50, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of OVI, driving under suspension, improper lane change and no tail lights at night.

* On July 21, Christina M. Ingram, 35, of Belpre, was cited on a disorderly conduct by fighting charge.

* On July 21, Jeffrey L. Ingram, 38, of Belpre, was cited on a disorderly conduct by fighting charge.

* On July 21, Nathan C. Strickler, 31, of Parkersburg, was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* On July 21, Jaclyn J. Kerns, 37, of Belleville, was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia and additionally cited for possession of marijuana.

* On July 21, Ares M. Harlan, 30, of New Martinsville, was arrested for multiple warrants through the Marietta Police Department as well as possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harlan was transported to the Washington County Jail.

* On July 22, Wesley R. Williams, 35, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of speeding, 66 mph in a 50 mph zone, and for having an expired registration.

* On July 22, Natasha M. Salyer, 27, of Vincent, was arrested on a warrant out of Washington County for failure to appear on child support. Salyer was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* On July 22, Jeffrey L. Ingram, 38, of Belpre, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Divorces

MARIETTA — The following people were granted divorces or dissolutions of marriage recently in Washington County Common Pleas Court:

* Jenna Marie Ragalyi, 25, of Coolville, and John David Ragalyi, 32, were granted a divorce on July 13.

* Nicholas Parsons, 37, of Marietta, and Jaimi Parsons, 30, of Roanoke, Va., were granted a dissolution on July 12.

* Deanna H. Hinton, 40, of Fleming, and Harold R. Hinton II, 44, of Cutler, were granted a dissolution on July 12.

* Patricia Adams, 54, and Mark S. Adams, 56, both of Marietta, were granted a dissolution on July 12.

* Michael S. Wedekam, 27, of Portsmouth, N.H., and Michaela D. Wedekam, 21, were granted a dissolution on July 12.

* Thomas E. Betz, 51, and Anita L. Betz, 49, were granted a dissolution on July 10.

* Karley Janel Newlon, 26, of Lowell, and Charles Elliott Mollohan II, 26, of Marietta, were granted a divorce on July 10.
