PARKERSBURG — On Feb. 27 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Waylon Franklin McCune, 43, 725 Barclay St., Lot 45, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and trespassing and is in custody in lieu of a $1,000 cash bond.

* Jeffrey Wayne Davis, 43, 1201 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $20,000 surety bond.

* Gary Matthew Dowler, 38, 596 Grandview St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and is in custody in lieu of a $20,000 surety bond.

* Kristopher Robert Merry, 31, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense public intoxication and trespassing and was released on a $1,0000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Aaron Perdue, 24, 5327 Emerson Ave., Apt. 19, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of providing alcohol to minors and was assessed $370.50 in fines and court fees.

* Shane M. Modesitt, 44, 3527 Roseland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI, was sentenced to six months home confinement and was assessed $1,160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jason Michael Williams, 25, 407 Locust Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a burglary charge and was released on a $5,000 bond.

* Jeffrey Wayne Davis, 43, 1201 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was released on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Angela Suzanne Bennett, 43, 307 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard and is in custody in lieu of a $1,000 cash or surety bond.

* Gary J. Smith, 52, 118 Forest Hills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense trespassing livestock and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Glenda Renea Roush, 35, 1820 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of burglary and was bound over to circuit court.

* John Paul Reuter, 71, Parkersburg, was found guilty of a charge of battery and was assessed $195.25 in fines and court fees.

* Gregory Lewis Jackson, 25, 4449 18th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge and was assessed $320.25 in fines and court fees.

* Joseph A. Dowler, 1404 Grandview St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and six months to the day report center and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Christopher Bruce Masten, 28, 1008 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $660.25 in fines and court fees.

* Shannon Nicole Bean, 31, 114 Post Mill Way, No. 204, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of permitting under the age DUI, was sentenced to three hours and 16 minutes served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Joshua W. Collett, 28, 1331 Middle Fork Lee Creek Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license and was assessed $670.25 in fines and court fees.

* Delano Colin Farley, 47, 1630 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Kate Olivia Westmoreland, 26, 4402 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a public intoxication charge and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Robin Louise Scott, 34, P.O. Box 218, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jason Daniel Knowlton II, 19, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery, was sentenced to six months home confinement and six months to the day report center and was assessed $18.25 in fines and court fees.

* Steven Louis Ramsey, 58, 2609 New York Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of providing alcohol to minors and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jonathan Russell Cunningham, 27, Quaker City, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a violation of a protective order charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and six months to the day report center and was assessed $420.25 in fines and court fees.

* A charge of prohibited person in possession of a firearm against Johnny Ray Suttle, 47, 1712 1/2 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was dismissed with prejudice on a defense motion that his prior conviction does not support a felony charge.

* A charge of violation of a protective order against Jason Michael Weidner, 41, 13408 Ohio 550, Fleming, Ohio, was dismissed without prejudice because there is not enough information in the complaint to proceed and the state is obtaining the IP address from Facebook to establish the origins of all related messages.

PARKERSBURG — On Feb. 27 the following reports were released by Wood County Sheriff’s Department:

Feb. 23

* Terrence F.S. Hicks, 22, of Crawford Street, was issued citations for driving on suspended license, no insurance, expired MVI and possession of marijuana.

Feb. 24

* Curtis Lee Humphrey, 30, of Westview Way, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

* Corey James Eaton, 34, of Rost Road, was issued a citation for leaving the scene of accident.

* Ashley Michelle Waggoner, 24, of Chateau Hills, was issued a citation for third-offense driving on suspended license.

Feb. 25

* Tyler Keith Dalton, 26, of Goose Creek Road, Petroleum, was issued a citation for speeding, 100 mph in a 70 mph zone.

* Adam Michael Miller, 25, of Oak Grove Road, was arrested on a bailpiece issued out of Calhoun County.

* Robert Lee Adams, 33, of Andrews Street, was arrested on a warrant for falsely reporting an emergency incident.

* Morgan Marie Francis, 33, of Second Street, was arrested on a bailpiece and charges of obstructing an officer and possession of a controlled substance.

* Kennda Anne Gorsky, 41, of Awesome Valley Drive, Elizabeth, was issued a citation for driving on a license revoked for DUI.

* Fredrick Gale McKittric Sr., 35, of Chateau Hills, was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order, obstructing officer and capias warrants for third-offense driving on suspended license, no insurance and registration violation.

* Citations were issued to Paul Wesley Boling, 39, of 33rd Street, and James B. Bird, 34, of Pike Street, for shoplifting.

* A citation was issued to Gary James Smith, 52, of Forest Hills Road, for second-offense trespassing of livestock after a deputy responded to an accident involving a vehicle and a cow.

Feb. 26

* Ashley Michelle Waggoner, 24, of Chateau Hills, was issued a third-offense citation for driving on suspended license.

* Eric Matthew Nelson, 36, of Winton Avenue, Belpre, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a protective order.

* Kasey Andrew Conway, 18, of New England Ridge Road, was arrested on a warrant for soliciting a minor via computer.

* Christian Kyle Cottrell, 26, of Deleon Drive, El Paso, Texas, was arrested on a charge of felony animal cruelty.

* Cole Braden Cheuvront, 18, of Camp Barbe Road, Elizabeth, was issued a citation for no insurance and failure to yield entering a roadway.

* Kristopher Robert Merry, 32, of Second Avenue, was arrested on charges of third-offense public intoxication and trespassing.

Feb. 27

* Joshua Gregory Hand, 29, of Main Street, Reedy, was issued a citation for driving on suspended license.

Sheriff

MARIETTA — On Feb. 27 the following reports were released by Washington County Sheriff’s Department:

Feb. 25

* Deputy Schwendeman responded to Dollar General, Barlow, to a report of a subject shoplifting a bottle of perfume.

* Justin Hines was brought to the Washington County Jail on a charge of obstructing official business and probation violation. Hines was asked by corrections staff if he had anything illegal in his possession. Hines said he did not and during the pat down a small bag with a green leafy substance was found concealed in his waistband. Hines reportedly did not know he still had the “weed” on him. Charges of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility were filed on Justin Brian Hines, 21, homeless, by Deputy Martin.

Feb. 26

* Deputies along with the Warren Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to an unresponsive male subject. This case remains under investigation.

* Deputies along with the Reno Volunteer Fire Department Squad responded to an unresponsive subject. This case remains under investigation.

The following subjects were recently sentenced in Washington County Common Pleas Court:

* Miranda Marie Casteel, 31, 8248 Ohio 239, Stewart, Ohio, contempt of court; 30 days county jail.

* Felicia Christine Jackson, 36, 100 Simpson St., Marietta, probation violation, complicity to aggravated burglary and robbery; 120 days county jail.

* Jennifer Lynn Goff, 27, 3545 Plymouth Spring Mill Road, Shelby, theft, fifth-degree felony; 90 days and STAR after 45 days served.

* Brian Russell Mincks, 37, 750 Ruble Ave., Belpre, possession of drugs and probation violation; 24 months and 30 months; concurrent, Orient.

* Matthew Gene Schafer, 39, 445 Dodds Run Road, Marietta, having weapons while under disability, domestic violence and probation violation, 41 days county jail.

* Jason Ray Wriston, 41, 11555 Ohio 821, Lower Salem, breaking and entering, fifth-degree felony; 30 days county jail.

* Charles Edward Haught III, 34, 219 Harmar St., Marietta, possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; six months jail consecutive with current sentence.
