Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 29:

* Steven Keith Fordyce, 27, of 67 White Oak Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny and bond was set at $10,000.

* Michael David Enoch, 26, last known address 1922 Seventh St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a deadly weapon on school premises, and released on a $5,000 bond.

* Anh-Tri Dao Pham, 26, of 900 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, less than 15 grams, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond. A charge of expired registration was dismissed after proof of an up-to-date registration was shown.

* Andrew James Somerville, 28, of 512 Wilbur St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ryan Blair See, 33, of Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Kelvin Ray Null, 30, of 126 Forest Drive, Apt. 102, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to appear and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Paul Wesley Boling, 39, of 918 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts each of grand larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and shoplifting and bond was set at $32,000.

* Andrew James Strock, 37, of 705 46th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving under the influence and third offense driving on a license revoked for DUI and released on a $6,000 bond.

* Christel Virjean Riggleman, 51, of 919 1/2 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and methamphetamine, and one count each of no insurance and expired registration and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brian Keith Riel, 49, care of 41 Helen St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, less than 15 grams, and released on a $600 bond.

* Philip Lawrence Gardner, 51, of 21 Oak Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and released on a $400 bond.

* Stephen Paul Garner Jr., 24, of 1210 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transferring/receiving stolen goods and released on a $5,000 bond.

* Glenn Charles Keife Jr., 37, of 146 Granada Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense DUI and petit larceny and released on $500 surety and $500 personal recognizance bonds.

* Mary Lou Williams, 55, of 4008 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, failure to render fingerprints and disorderly conduct and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Kaleb Vincent, 34, of Coolville, was arraigned on charges of violating a domestic violence protection order, fleeing in a vehicle and fleeing on foot and released on a $2,500 bond.

* Jenny Christine Sellers, 42, of 166 Washington Heights, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense DUI, driving without headlights and left of center and released on a $500 bond.

* Stephan Jay Wilson Jr., 38, care of 1211 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing with reckless disregard, fleeing while DUI, third-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI, grand larceny and nighttime burglary and bond was set at $50,000.

* Joshua Lewis Hall, 35, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of strangulation and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and was released on a $15,000 bond.

* Steffan Thomas Hughes, 29, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of first-offense domestic assault and one count of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Tammy Renee Thomas, 42, of 188 Cabin Run Road, Middlebourne, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and released on a $500 bond.

* William Jeremy Butcher, 40, of 1013 Garfield Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of public intoxication and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jessica Lynn Miller, 33, of 595 Island View Drive, Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, and released on a $500 bond.

* Patrick Lee Murphy, 39, 257 East Pine St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $1,500 bond.

* Brandi Nicole Cumbridge, 33, 56 Friends Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a DUI charge and bond was set at $2,400.

* Michael Dale Cain, 42, 702 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under suspension and no insurance, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and assessed $670.50 in fines and court costs. He also pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under suspension, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement, to be served concurrently, and assessed $310.25 in fines and court costs.

* Charles Roger Conkle Sr., 70, Parkersburg, had a charge of violation of a protective order dismissed.

* Nickole Mollohan, 37, 201 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and released on $500 bond.

* Nickolas Paul Artherhults, 30, 2810 26th St., Parkersburg, waived preliminary hearings on charges of false pretense and fraudulent use of an access device and the cases were bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Bethany Ellen White, 30, 822 Hugh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

* Elizabeth Jean Dye, 25, 89 Mineral Park Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to defective equipment and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.

*Amber Crouch, 33, Auburn, W.Va., had a domestic battery charge dismissed.

* Dana Linn Miller, 32, Elizabeth, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed.

* Ronald Lee Boyd, 55, 1253 Gihon Road, Apt. D, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $700.21 in fines, court costs and restitution.

* Dustin Randall Shingleton, 32, 150 Skyles Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and registration violation and was assessed $440.50 in fines and court costs.

* Melinda Dawn Cottle, 36, 1100 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, was sentenced to one day of jail suspended for one year of probation and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Auston Joseph Bailey, 21, 169 Larkmead Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $985.25 in fines, court costs and restitution.

* Justin Guy Nelson, 24, 2518 Pike Ford Road, Salem, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $260.25 in fines, court costs and restitution.

* Sierra Rae Anderson, 20, 1296 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and released on $500 bond.

* Charles Bonesteel III, 24, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a destruction of property charge and released on $1,000 bond.

* Dakota Ski Acores, 23, 173 Riverview Estate 36, St. Marys, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and released on $1,000 bond.

BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Jan. 29:

* On Jan. 22, Leah A. Hardman, 51, 314 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, was cited for speeding, 45 mph in a 25 mph zone.

* On Jan. 22, Heather L. Goudy, 45, 2100 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* On Jan. 23, Susan R. Cox, 49, 1228 22nd St., Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* On Jan. 23, Samual E. Dorsey, 26, 2787 Munday Road, Munday, was cited for expired registration.

* On Jan. 25, Brandon M. Hall, 32, 721 Ohio Ave., Belpre, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Belpre Mayor’s Court. Original charges were driving under suspension and failing to obey a traffic control device.

* On Jan. 25, Tamika C. Rake, 30, 2105 Miller Ave., Belpre, was arrested on a warrant out of Marietta Municipal Court for a probation violation.

* On Jan. 25, Eric T. Kidder, 46, 1244 Drag Strip Road, Belpre, was arrested on warrants out of Marietta Municipal Court for breach of recognizance and failure to appear on a charge of domestic violence.

* On Jan. 27, Sandra K. Simmons, 65, 1114 Fourth St., Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct.

* On Jan. 28, Joshua P. Williams, 37, 500 13th St., Parkersburg, was arrested for criminal damaging and transported to the Washington County Jail.
