Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 23:

* Seth James Davidson, 22, of Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 bond.

* Marcus Ronnelle McAlister, 20, of 984 Vernon Odom Blvd., Akron, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court. He remains out of jail on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Kayla Marie Hess, 30, of 609 Charles St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting, third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and expired registration and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for 12 months unsupervised probation, assessed $650.75 in fines and court costs and ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty.

* Samantha Nichole Miller, 25, of 50 Defiance Ave., Lot 30, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, fraudulent motor vehicle inspection and no insurance and was assessed $840.75 in fines and court costs.

* Glen William Hoselton, 23, of 7039 Ravenswood Road, Apt. 60, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to no vehicle insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

* Christopher Bailey, 39, of Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of probation, and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Nathan Scott Goodnight, 22, of 937 Williams St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and public intoxication and was assessed $365.50 in fines and court costs.

* Kristofer Doug Lyman, 23, of 1201 Ninth St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

* Thaddeus K. Brejwo, 64, of 2800 Norwood Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license, miscellaneous, and a motor vehicle inspection violation and was assessed $425.50 in fines and court costs.

* James Kevin Ohse, 21, of 4640 Oak Hill Road, Stockport, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license, miscellaneous, and left of center and was assessed $430.50 in fines and court costs.

* Thomas E. Rowan, 28, of 310 Gantsville Road, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to first-offense driving under the influence and was sentenced to eight hours in jail and $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Ashley Erin Roton, 26, of 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of obstructing and one count of disorderly conduct and released on a $2,500 bond.

* Anthony James Roton, 30, of 588 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of retaliation against a government official and released on a $10,000 bond.

* Tiffany G. Lewis, 24, of 107 Beckwith Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license and defective equipment and was assessed $430.50 in fines and court costs.

* Eric Shane Vest, 38, of 807 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and possession of counterfeit currency and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

Wood Sheriff

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office released the following report Jan. 23:

* On Jan. 18, Dwayne Elwood Blair Jr., 30, of Edgewood Park, was served three warrants for delivery of a controlled substance.

* On Jan. 19, Daulton Steven Self, 30, of Hutson Road, was issued a citation for no proof of insurance and expired driver’s license.

* On Jan. 19, Hannah Rena Shuman, 26, of Fifth Street, Marietta, was issued citations for driving on suspended/revoked, no child restraint and for two charges of no seatbelt for herself and a passenger.

* On Jan. 19, Jacob Andrew Wood, 31, of Briargate Drive, Marietta, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

* On Jan. 20, William Matthew Oldaker, 44, of Neal Street, was arrested on charges of driving on suspended/revoked and possession of a controlled substance. Joshua Michael McGee, 34, of Eighth Avenue, was arrested and charged with three counts of receiving/transferring stolen property, one count of prohibited person in possession of a weapon and a Fugitive from Justice warrant from Pennsylvania.

* On Jan. 21, Christopher Lee Johnson, 27, of Thaxton Street, Ravenswood, was arrested on a DUI charge.

* On Jan. 21, Daulton Steven Self, 30, of Hutson Road, was issued citations for no operators, possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana, improper registration and no insurance. He was also issued a citation by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources on a charge of illegal possession of wildlife.

* On Jan. 21, Brandon M. Cobb, 24, of 25th Street, was issued a citation for speeding, 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* On Jan. 21, Brooke Ann Oldfield, 38, of Westview Way, was issued a citation for driving on suspended and fraudulent motor vehicle inspection.

* On Jan. 22, Richard Tyler Sheets, 27, of Stoney Creek Lane, was arrested on a charge of aggravated DUI.

Washington Sheriff

MARIETTA — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Jan. 23:

* On Jan. 19, Deputy J. McConnell began an investigation into fraudulent charges on a credit card.

* On Jan. 19, Deputy Schwendeman issued a citation to Dawn M. Venham, 13153 SR 550, Fleming, for expired registration.

* On Jan. 20, Deputy J. McConnell completed a private property crash at 130 Warrior Drive, Vincent.

* On Jan. 20, Deputy Allender began an investigation in Grandview Township where vehicles were entered and items taken.

* On Jan. 20, Deputy J. McConnell completed a traffic crash report in Fairfield Township.

* On Jan. 20, Captain Rhodes issued a citation to Timothy Wayne Snyder, 3543 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, for driving under suspension.

The following warrant was processed at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

* Joshua E. Taylor, 3293 Middle Ridge Road, Waverly, for failure to appear for scheduled probation appointment, original charge OVI.

The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail Monday and Tuesday:

* Jeremy John McFall, 38, 2020 Williamson Ave., New Matamoras, for drug paraphernalia, and three counts of obstructing justice, all misdemeanors.

* Brian Cadillac Barnett, 29, 1007 Florence St., Belpre, on a warrant for possession of criminal tools, a felony.

* Seth Andrew Sebring, 28, 3485 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, for fugitive from justice, a felony, and OVI, FRA suspension and no seat belt, all misdemeanors.

* Marcus Gregory Boothby, 22, 10 Browns Road, Reno, for drug instrument possession, drug paraphernalia and domestic violence, all misdemeanors.
