He received one to 15 years in prison with credit for time served on one count and one to 15 years in prison with no credit on the second, with the sentences to run consecutively. The sentences were then suspended and he was placed on three years probation and assessed court costs, fines and restitution.

Drake was indicted Jan. 12, 2017, on six counts of delivery of a controlled substance and charges of conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver and maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to two delivery charges on Aug. 28.

• Everett Twyman Patterson, 53, Parkersburg, was sentenced Monday on three lesser included charges of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes. He was sentenced to one to five years in prison with credit for time served on two of the counts, to be served concurrently, and one to five years in prison with no credit to run consecutively to the other two counts. He was assessed court costs.

Patterson was indicted May 18 on four counts of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes. He entered pleas to the three lesser charges on Aug. 31.

He was sentenced to one to five years in prison with credit for time served on one count and one to five years in prison on the second count, with no credit. The sentences will run consecutively.
