Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 13:

* Christopher Alan Hupp, 38, of 338 Slate Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $1,500 bond.

* Seth D. Elam, 37, of 1801 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,500 bond.

* Dusty Allen Fox, 37, of 811 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, failure to obey a stop sign and improper registration and released on a $1,200 bond.

* Jesse Scott Brooks, 35, of 122 Harmar St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and trespassing and released on a $400 bond.

* Anthony Scott Boling, 41, of 910 Charles St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and bond was set at $2,500 surety.

* Robert Dale Goodnight Jr., 40, of 1327 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense DUI and released on a $1,500 bond.

* Kylie Jean Wynn, 28, of 4109 Seventh Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and released on a $500 bond.

* James Edward Carpenter, 39, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, public intoxication and disorderly conduct and bond was set at $700.

* Kathleen Myer McCarthy, 40, of 2307 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and failure to render fingerprints and released on a $600 bond.

* Luther Calvin Carpenter II, 34, of 811 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $300 bond.

* Alisha Kaliah Flinn, 31, of 1311 West Virginia Ave., Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of uttering and first-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI and released on a $1,500 bond.

* Johnathan Lee Johnson, 37, of 3976 Harris Highway, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and released on a $25,000 bond.

* Jessica Lynn Treadway, 38, of 1406 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of theft of services and released on a $300 bond.

* Michael Scott Hatch, 24, of 1504 1/2 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, driving on a license revoked for DUI, no motor vehicle inspection, no insurance and improper registration and released on a $1,300 bond.

* Travis Anthony Fordyce, 23, of 3514 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and released on a $300 bond.

* Kathy Ann Waggoner, 47, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 bond.

* Louis Fredrick Allen, 46, of 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication and released on a $500 bond.

* Lori Ann Martin, 33, of 132 Powell Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protection order and released on a $500 bond.

* Makayla Dawn Kendall, 23, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of child abuse by a parent with injury and domestic battery and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Timothy J. Knight, 34, of 583 Henry Camp Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Michael Davis, 34, of 1224 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, heroin and marijuana, with intent to deliver and bond was set at $80,000.

* Gary James Smith, 52, 118 Forest Hills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of livestock running at large and was released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Austin Katrell Cross, 24, 611 Reed St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing, was sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Glenver Eugene Gandee, 68, 1226 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assault, was sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of probation and assessed $160.25 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

Circuit Court

PARKERSBURG — The following case appeared in Wood County Circuit Court on Nov. 13:

* Daniel James Drennen, 35, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

His sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 18, 2018. Drennen was indicted Aug. 15, 2017, on the possession with intent charge and one count of use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Wood Sheriff

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Nov. 13:

* On Nov. 9, Bryan Lee Shupp, 26, of Edgelawn Street, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana less than 15 grams.

* On Nov. 9, David L. Windland, 56, of Hill Avenue, was issued a citation for second-offense driving under suspension.

* On Nov. 10, Alisha Kalia Flinn, 31, of West Virginia Avenue, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and an outstanding warrant for forgery/uttering issued through the Parkersburg Police Department.

* On Nov. 10, Rodney Gene King Jr., 48, of Brownsville City Line Road, New Matamoras, was arrested on several warrants for breaking and entering, fleeing, obstructing, petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance issued out of Pleasants County.

* On Nov. 10, Michael Scott Hatch, 24, of Covert Street, was arrested on charges of driving on suspended, obstructing an officer, no insurance, no or expired motor vehicle inspection and improper registration. A passenger in the vehicle, Jonathan Lee Johnson, 37, of Harris Highway, was arrested on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and an outstanding warrant issued out of Cabell County for worthless check.

* On Nov. 10, Rodney A. Stewart, 46, of Pisgah Road, Cumming, Ga., was issued a citation for improper equipment.

* On Nov. 11, Nkrumah Ababio Baffour Paapa, 22, of Fifth Street, Marietta, was issued a citation for expired registration.

* On Nov. 11, a citation was issued to Brian Douglas Jones, 45, of Trace Fork Road, on charges of failure to maintain control and expired commercial drivers license.

* On Nov. 12, Timothy J. Knight, 34, of Belmont, was arrested on a warrant for worthless check.

* On Nov. 12, Christopher Alan Hupp, 38, of Meadowview Drive, was arrested on a charge of third-offense driving under suspension.
