PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 5:

* Michael Marc Snodgrass, 47, 1417 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of public intoxication and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brant E. Ward, 27, 1207 County House Lane, Apt. E, Marietta was arraigned on a charge of receiving service with intent to defraud and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Jessica Ann Allender, 33, 1405 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Marceline J. Knapp, 21, 650 13th St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect and released on a $15,000 surety bond.

* Levi Scott Jarvis, 19, 1104 38th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and held on a $500 bond.

* Kevin Matthew Hess, 30, 240 Hillcrest Drive, Apt. 11, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Sandra Green, 32, 726 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of truancy and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gregory Clinton Stanley, 34, 1713 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, with intent to deliver and held on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Michael James Massey, 21, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property and released on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Paul Woodrow Wright, 46, 924 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Eric Mark Goff, 55, 1507 Cale St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 bond.

* Robert Kevin Kerns, 53, 734 Oak Hill Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric J. McCumbers, 45, 1801 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of public intoxication and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Shawn Aaron Cloninger, 30, 3905 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first-offense DUI, no operator’s license and expired registration and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Randall Eugene Dawson, 65, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and interfering with emergency communication and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* James Patrick Tibbs, 55, 1000 Kemper St., Apt. 7, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and falsely reporting an emergency incident and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Ronald Daniel Gillen, 30, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* John Maxwell Wilson III, 43, 2521 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, and held on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Lindsey Sherman Tibbs III, 39, 30 Burkshire Court, Washington, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and one count each of eluding and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Edward Allen Parker, 49, 818 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Ryan Keith Bumgardner, 33, P.O. Box 80, Harrisville, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoked for DUI, driving on a suspended license and no seat belt and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Heather Dawn Cunningham, 36, 214 Bond St., Clarksburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, meth, and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, less than 15 grams and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Ronald Derek Bryant, 51, 543 E. Maple St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Joshua Vernon Knight, 33, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fraudulent use of an access device and burglary and held on a $150,000 bond.

* Airrion Antwoin Smith, 43, 1318 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of meth and held on a $200,000 surety bond.

* Ishmeil Urian Ward, 22, 1049 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of indecent exposure, obstructing and battery of a government representative and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashley Dawn True, 29, 17 Ash Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous reasons and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Adam Leroy Knopp, 23, 3604 Willard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI, second-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI, obstructing and possession of a controlled substance, meth, and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Robert Curtis Langdon Jr., 43, 94 Woodland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, meth, and bond was set at $4,000.

* Zachary Ray Settlemyre, 26, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jennifer S. Worshman, 42, 408 Marion St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and no proof of registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Paul Butcher, 27, 937 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and improper motor vehicle inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Caleb Josia Jones, 28, 2323 Gnates Run Road, Pennsboro, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and three counts of obstructing an officer and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Bryan Lee Shupp, 26, 713 Edgelawn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, vicodin, and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Austin Clay Dillard, 19, 50425 Oak St., Tuppers Plains, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a drag racing charge and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Edward T. Wolfe Jr., 27, 1119 Paden St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fraudulent motor vehicle inspection, driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, improper registration and no insurance and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports Sept. 5:

* This Labor Day Weekend the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 463 calls for service.

* James Turrill, 51, of Belpre, was arrested Sept. 4 on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and obstructing.

* Eric Goff, 65, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 4 on a warrant for first-offense shoplifting.

* Michael Massey, 21, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of first-offense domestic battery and destruction of property.

* Michael Snodgrass, 47, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 3 on a public intoxication charge.

* Robert Langdon, 43, was arrested Sept. 2 on a capias for possession of a controlled substance.

* Chad Flores, 46, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 4 on a fugitive from justice charge.

* Edward Parker, 49, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of weapon possession by prohibited person.

* Crystal Campbell, 37, of Parkersburg, was cited Sept. 1 on a possession of a controlled substance charge.

* Sam Womack, 26, of Parkersburg, was cited Sept. 1 on a possession of a controlled substance charge.

* Stephen Anderson, 58, of Parkersburg, was cited Sept. 1 on a charge of obtaining property or services through false pretenses.

* On Sept. 5, officers responded to Second Avenue in reference to a petit larceny that already occurred.

* On Sept. 4, officers responded to 17th Street in reference to a domestic battery.

* On Sept. 4, officers responded to Summers Street in reference to a vehicle entry.

* On Sept. 3, officers responded to Walmart on Pike Street in reference to a shoplifting and cited Kayla Parham.

* On Sept. 3, Daniel McCauley reported a petit larceny.

* On Sep. 3, officers responded to 16th Street in reference to a grand larceny that had already occurred.

* On Sept. 3, officers responded to Gihon Road in reference to a burglary and auto larceny.

* On Sept. 3, officers responded to 31st Street in reference to a destruction of property.

* On Sep. 1, officers responded to Gihon Village parking lot in reference to a domestic issue that had already occurred.

* Between Sept. 1-4, officers investigated 14 motor vehicle accidents.

WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports Sept. 5:

Aug. 28

* Jonathan M. Gifford, 36, of Elizabeth, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana on the Interstate 77 southbound on-ramp.

* Hunter Rummer, 18, of Vienna, was cited on charges of no seat belt and no insurance on Henderson Avenue.

* Chelsey Bennett, 23, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of expired motor vehicle inspection and no insurance on West Third Street.

Aug. 29

* Brian Masters, 51, of Williamstown, was cited on a charge of speeding, 35 mph in a 25 mph zone, on East Ninth Street.

Aug. 30

* A 17-year-old Williamstown female was cited on a charge of speeding, 33 mph in a 25 mph zone, on East Ninth Street.

Sept. 1

* Travis Shane Arthur, 28, of Waverly, was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and expired motor vehicle inspection on Highland Avenue.

* Michael N. Holden, 70, of Marietta, was cited on charges of no seat belt and no insurance on Highland Avenue.

* Matthew Schul, 45, of Coolville, was cited on a charge of speeding, 37 mph in a 25 mph zone, on Highland Avenue.

* Richard McAtee, 21, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of no seat belt and no insurance on Highland Avenue.

* Jacob Beha, 27, of Parkersburg, was cited on charges of expired registration and no insurance on Highland Avenue.

* Yale Conley, 56, of Vienna, was cited on a charge of no MVI on Highland Avenue.

Sept. 2

* Michael Douglas Nevel, 26, of Vienna, was cited on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control, no insurance and expired registration due to a single vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of West Third Street and Henderson Avenue.

* A 17-year-old Marietta female was cited on a charge of no operator’s license on West Third Street.
