PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 18:

∫ Charles Junior Davis II, 38, of 1921 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Kenneth Ray Roberts, 40, of 1371 Hardbarger Run Road, Harrisville, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and second-offense shoplifting and released on a $5,000 bond.

∫ Zachery Ray Settlemyre, 27, of 1800 DuPont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a domestic violence bond violation and released on a $500 bond.

∫ Stephanie Lea Cox, of 106 Forest Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of expired motor vehicle inspection and was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Shawn Mackenzie Tant, 39, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and released on a $4,000 bond.

∫ Ryan Keith Bumgardner, 33, of 211 Central City Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Chad Wayne Williams, 35, of 4492 Anderson Road, Fleming, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 bond.

∫ Nathan Andrew Bunner, 33, of P.O. Box 41, Stewart, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $500 bond.

∫ Timothy Allen White, 35, of 123 Caroline St., Elyria, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana less than 15 grams, and released on a $600 bond.

∫ Miranda Nicole Science, 25, of 922 Morgan Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on a $500 bond.

∫ Scott Edward Davis, 42, of 1412 School St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Jonathan Dale Ahart, 39, of 251 Poplar St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of fleeing, obstructing, possession of a controlled substance, and first-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,600 bond.

∫ Marie Victoria Spiroff, 30, of 113 Sherwood Drive, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Gregory Alan Stephens, 58, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic assault and released on a $1,000 bond.

∫ Carl Devon Hatfield, 56, care of 4106 16th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of first- and second-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 bond.

∫ Jason Ryan Dickel, 36, of 1732 Eli Locust Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

∫ Amber Lynn Gowan, 37, of 9 Waverly Acres Circle, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, making false statements to an officer and falsely reporting an emergency and released on a $1,500 bond.

∫ John E. Boston, 34, of P.O. Box 209, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, heroin and meth, and released on a $1,000 bond.

∫ Kent Morgan Harshbarger, 58, 2507 Nash St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, obstruction and failure to render information and was released on $1,500 bond.

∫ Carlos L. Parker, 44, 674 Apt. 1 Turney Road, Bedford, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving under suspension and three counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $4,000 bond.

∫ Justin Lashawn Davis, 23, 914 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure, was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. He pleaded guilty to brandishing, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. The sentences run concurrently.

∫ Miranda Nicole Science, 25, 922 Morgan Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of assault on a police officer, battery and obstruction and was released on $4,000 bond.

Washington Sheriff

MARIETTA — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Sept. 18:

∫ On Sept. 12, T.J. Cronin reported a four wheeler was removed from a building in Marietta Township. This case remains under investigation.

∫ On Sept. 13, a deputy began an investigation regarding identity theft in Muskingum Township. This case remains under investigation.

∫ On Sept. 15, a deputy completed a private property accident report at 751 Mount Tom Road, Marietta. Robert l. Barth, 25 Coplin St., Marietta, was dumping a load of gravel when power lines were struck, tearing them down, however it was discovered by AEP that the pole was too low.

∫ On Sept. 15, deputies responded to 10801 State Route 676, Vincent, to assist the Beverly Waterford Emergency Squad. The squad members responded to that location for a medical emergency. Upon arrival the resident, Richard Coleman, could not explain why he was needing a squad, but would not sign a refusal to be treated form. The squad then requested the Sheriff’s Office presence as they had prior dealings with this subject. Coleman was made aware that it was believed that he could not care for himself due to his level of intoxication which he agreed with. When asked multiple times, Coleman could not explain the reason he needed a squad. Richard Steven Coleman, 52, was placed under arrest for his safety and transported to the Washington County Jail for disorderly conduct by intoxication and making false alarms. Once at the jail Coleman tested 0.287 on the PBT.

The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail between Friday and Monday:

∫ Edloe Laird Bryant II, 75, P.O. Box 695, Elizabeth, for assault, a misdemeanor. Bryant was arrested on Greene Street by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 15.

∫ Zoe Michelle Lee, 26, 101 Washington St., Marietta, on a warrant for failure to appear, a felony. Lee was picked up at the Scioto County Jail by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 15.

∫ Richard Steven Coleman, 52, 10801 SR 676, Vincent, for disorderly conduct and making false alarms, both misdemeanors. Coleman was arrested at his residence by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 15.

∫ Joshua Daniel Campbell, 32, 840 Echo Valley Road, Waterford, for domestic violence, a felony, and menacing, a misdemeanor. Campbell was arrested in Beverly by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Jacqueline Darlene Steele, 29, 717 Riverview Drive, Belmont, for OVI and failure to control, both misdemeanors. Steele was arrested in Belpre by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Dashawn Revon McAlister, 27, 2071 North Green Road, Cleveland, for assault and three counts of criminal damaging/endangering, all misdemeanors. McAlister was arrested on Third Street by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Dalton Matthew Ball, 19, 571 Swift Road, Waterford, for assault and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors. Ball was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Leonard Dale Todd, 19, 1541 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for obstructing official business, driving under suspension, loud exhaust and fictitious registration, all misdemeanors. Todd was arrested in Belpre by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Kylie Sue Sealey, 18, 1541 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for obstructing official business and wrongful entrustment, both misdemeanors. Sealey was arrested by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Alison Jo Andermanis, 18, 52 St. Andrews Blvd, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Andermanis was arrested in Belpre by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Holly Darlene Forinash, 30, homeless, for drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Forinash was arrested at Speedway in Belpre by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 16.

∫ Jasmine Emma Lucas, 21, 312 Third St., Beverly, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Lucas was arrested in Beverly by the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 17.

∫ Karen Louise Beaver, 64, 604 Lee St., Belpre, for disorderly conduct and theft, both misdemeanors. Beaver was arrested in Belpre by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 17.

∫ Michael Wayne Grahame, 37, 6475 Stanleyville Road, Whipple, for OVI suspension, a misdemeanor. Grahame was arrested at Buckeye Park by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Sept. 18.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports Sept. 18:

∫ Between Sept. 15-17, the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 332 calls for service.

∫ Shawn Tant, 39, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 17 on a warrant for third-offense domestic battery.

∫ Miranda Science, 25, of Belpre, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of assault of a police officer, battery and obstructing an officer.

∫ Timothy Austin, 31, of Follansbee, W.Va., was arrested Sept. 16 on a warrant for failure to meet the obligation to provide support to a minor.

∫ Jonathon Ahart, 39, of Davisville, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of fleeing, obstructing, possession of a controlled substance and first-offense shoplifting.

∫ Robert Adams, 32, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 16 on warrants for fugitive from justice and prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

∫ James Wallbrown, 28, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 16 on a warrant for violation of a domestic violence order.

∫ John Boston, 34, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sept. 16 for possession of marijuana less than 15 grams.

∫ Trinity James, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of public intoxication, indecent exposure and refusal to submit to fingerprinting.

∫ Gregory Stephens, 58, of Parkersburg, was arrested Sept. 15 on a charge of third-offense domestic assault.

∫ On Sept. 16, responded to Family Dollar on Seventh Street in reference to a shoplifting that had just occurred.

∫ On Sept. 16, officers responded to The Pizza Place on Dudley Avenue in reference to a petit larceny.

∫ On Sept. 16, officers responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting that already occurred.

∫ On Sept. 16, officers responded to Go-Mart on Camden Avenue in reference to a counterfeit money.

∫ On Sept. 16, Jason Knowlton was cited with possession of marijuana less than 15 grams.

∫ On Sept. 16, Mark Webb was cited for obstructing.

∫ On Sept. 15, officers responded to 13th Street in reference to fraud that had just occurred.

∫ On Sept. 15, officers responded to Walmart on Pike Street in reference to shoplifting and cited Michaela Butcher and Jerry Dawidziak.

∫ Between Sept. 15-17, officers investigated 12 motor vehicle accidents.

Williamstown Police

WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports Sept. 18:

Sept. 12

∫ Joshua R. Muntz, 29, Newport, was cited for texting while driving on Highland Avenue.

∫ Bruce A. McCoy, 47, Vienna, was cited for speeding, 46 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

Sept. 14

∫ A 17-year-old Parkersburg juvenile male was cited for speed, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

Sept. 15

∫ Amanda R. Eagle, 39, of Walker, was cited for speeding, 51 mph in a 35 zone, and no motor vehicle inspection on West Third Street.

∫ Jodi J. Farren, 52, Parkersburg, was cited for expired motor vehicle inspection on Highland Avenue.

∫ Cody T. Slider, 25, Williamstown, was cited for no motor vehicle inspection on Highland Avenue.

Sept. 16

∫ Damon L. Offenberger, 25, Williamstown, was cited for driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana on West Fifth Street.

∫ Officers responded to a disorderly person call at Town Manor apartments off of 4 1/2 Street. The problem party was escorted to a separate apartment after a relative complained that he refused to leave his apartment.
