MARIETTA – Capt. Aaron Nedeff of the Marietta Police Department confirmed Tuesday that the Rite Aid Pharmacy chain has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a subject wanted for the Dec. 3 robbery of the pharmacy’s 301 Greene St. location.

The security camera footage from that day shows a black male with a red hoodie and gloves at the pharmacy counter before the robbery. Allegedly the man pistol whipped the pharmacist, Glenn D. Norosky, before robbing and fleeing the location. Norosky was sent to Marietta Memorial Hospital for injuries sustained in the crime.

The police are in search of the black male and another person who was driving a maroon colored vehicle with temporary tags that fled the scene, officials said.

The Marietta Police Department considers the pair to be armed and dangerous and urges the public not to confront them. People with information about the pair’s whereabouts should contact the Marietta Police Department at 740-376-2007 or 740-373-4141.
