BELPRE — The Belpre Homecoming Committee has announced a new event for the 86th annual festival scheduled Aug. 2-4, Homecoming coordinator Lyndsay Dennis said.

Opening night Aug. 2 will feature the festival’s first motorcycle show by the Bikers for Christ Southeast Ohio Chapter. Pre-registration is $10 per bike or $15 at the tent.

A first-place award will be presented in each category. The show is open to the public and begins at 6 p.m.
