Marietta man pleads guilty to drug trafficking charges
MARIETTA — Morgan Wynn, 25, of 365 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty Friday in Washington County Common Pleas Court to three felony counts related to drug trafficking.
He pleaded to aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; improperly handling a firearm, a fourth-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony.
The first two counts were in relation to a search warrant executed on Jan. 26, 2017 in which Wynn was found in possession of methamphetamine and a 380 Colt Mustang handgun. The final count was from a controlled buy on July 11, 2017, also of methamphetamine.
Wynn will remain in the custody of the Washington County Jail until sentencing on April 25 at 1:30 p.m.
