Man’s death ruled homicide

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Sheriff Steve Stephens has identified the victim of an apparent homicide.

Kevin Adam King, 38, of 280 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells, was pronounced dead at the scene where employees of Pleasant Air, 5200 Emerson Ave., discovered him this morning. After initially calling King’s death suspicious, Stephens said this afternoon it is being investigated as a homicide.
