PARKERSBURG — After a week of deliberations, the September Wood County grand jury returned indictments against 88 individuals Friday, said Wood County Prosecutor Patrick Lefebure.

Those indicted were:

* Jason Lee Allman, 31, 10 Joyceville Trailer Park, Parkersburg, was indicted on three counts of burglary and one count of petit larceny from December 2016.

* Andrew Dillon Balderson, 28, and Isaac Andrew Conner, 25, both in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, were named as co-defendants in an indictment charging them with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony and assault during the commission of a felony. Balderson was also indicted on charges of malicious assault and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Jordan Lea Bartram, 22, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts of second-offense battery of a government representative and one count each of wanton endangerment with a firearm, attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer from August 2017.

* Matthew George Blankenship, 36, and Layla Nicole Buchanan, 27, both in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, were co-defendants in an indictment charging them with three counts each of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from May 2017.

* Brandon M. Blouin, 25, 1532 Homewood Road, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of person prohibited from possessing firearms, wanton endagerment involving a firearm and domestic battery from October 2016.

* Sally Boley, 40, 1923 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from November 2016.

* Ronald Lee Boyd, 55, 12153 Gihon Road, Apt. D, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering, entering without breaking, petit larceny and obstructing an officer

* Stephen Patrick Burns, 34, 1723 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a license revoked or suspended for DUI.

* Jody Lee Buskirk, 48, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Mitchell Edwards, 35, 4 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, were indicted as co-defendants on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. Buskirk was also indicted on three counts each of presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony and wanton endangerment involving a firearm. Edwards was indicted on charges of third-offense DUI and malicious assault of emergency medical personnel.

* Misty Sue Byrd, 40, 2407 24th St., Nitro, W.Va., was indicted on four counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

* Aaron Wayne Callihan, 39, 2617 27th Ave., Parkersburg, and Amanda L. Massey, 36, 2603 16th Ave., Parkersburg, were indicted as co-defendants and were indicted on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

* Leonard Loyal Casto Jr., 38, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer causing bodily injury to another, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless disregard, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle causing property damage, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana; fleeing from an officer on foot and driving on a license revoked or suspended for DUI.

* Casey J. Cox, 40, in custody at the Parkersburg Correctional Center, was indicted on charges of burglary and grand larceny.

* William L. Dennis, 41, 809 Elm St., Belpre, was indicted on two counts of person prohibited from possessing firearms.

* John C. Diamond, 41, 205 Left Fork Buck Run Road, Rockport, was indicted on charges of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and two counts of assault.

* Tyler Lee Dillon, 29, 410 Buckey Ave., Williamstown, was indicted on charges of child abuse resulting in injury and domestic battery.

* Porita Dye, 25, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on 14 counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Coty Astin Eddy, 25, 612 Bird St., Parkersburg, and Levi Scott Jarvis, 19, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on charges of malicious assault and conspiracy to commit malicious assault.

* Joseph Eklund, 22, 1705 17th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of destruction of property, burglary and malicious assault.

* Richard S. Ellis, 42, in custody at the Beckley Corrections Center, was indicted on charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.

* Brian J. Frame, 31, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Kadie L. Harding, 24, 50 Dawson Ave., Mineral Wells, were named as co-defendants on charges of child neglect creating risk of injury and possession of a controlled substance.

* Keith D. Frazier, 41, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

* William Patrick George, 24, 2197 Old River Road, Williamstown, was indicted on charges of fraudulent use of an access device, receiving or transferring stolen property, computer fraud, two counts of unauthorized access to computer services, unauthorized possession of computer data, disruption of computer services and uttering.

* Joshua E. Gorrell, no address or age listed, was indicted on charges of negligent homicide and involuntary homicide.

* Douglas Jerry Graham, 37, 2308 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was indicted on four counts of sexual abuse by a custodian.

* Sara Lee Hall, 32, 12278 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, indicted on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance.

* Terry T. Hart, 38, 245 Bridge St., Parkersburg, was indicted on three counts of burglary and wanton endangerment of a firearm.

* Deshawna Hatcher, 28, 1610 Market St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of grand larceny and receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle.

* Michael Lee Haught, 44, 197 Mike St., Washington, W.Va., was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while DUI, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless disregard, fleeing from an officer and possession of a controlled substance.

* Christopher Lee Hayes, 44, 150 E. Main St., Columbus, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

* Andrea Holbert, 37, 4609 Fourth Ave., Vienna, was indicted on three counts of uttering.

* Damon Jones, 45; Shantell Renee Kirk, 28, and Keiyerra Ophelia-Monai Patterson, 21, all in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Rodrick Quinte Moore, 38, 829 S. Carlson St., Westland, Mich., were named co-defendants in an indictment charging them with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, transporting into the state a controlled substance greater the 1,000 grams with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of greater than 100 grams of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Jeremy Wayne Jones, 37, 42 Muskie Way, Elizabeth, was indicted on four counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

* Keith Allen Joy, 50, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of first-degree robbery, malicious assault and assault during the commission of a felony.

* Thomas C. Kaptis, 42, 9580 Ohio 339, Vincent, Ohio, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance.

* Bailey Keel, 20, 1333 Dillaway Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.

* Steven Allen Kerns, 38, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on 10 counts of delivery of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance.

* Quincy Alex Lewis, 32, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Glennell Marie Dorsett, 37, 1122 Lynn St., Parkersburg, were indicted on two counts each of kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

* Kyle Y. Life, 29, 3310 Sixth Ave., Vienna, was indicted on five counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

* Leanne Nichole Lockhart, 24, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of uttering and one count each of grand larceny, receiving stolen property, receiving or transferring stolen property and escape.

* Pebble M. Longfellow, 32, in custody at the Lakin Corrections Center, was indicted on three counts of forgery of a public record.

* Eric L. Marshall, 39, 308 59th St., Vienna, was indicted on charges of first-degree sexual abuse, seven counts of sexual abuse by a parent, seven counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of incest and distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

* Chance McCartney, 20, 5 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

* Misty Louise McCloy, 41, 1609 Spring St., Parkersburg, and Amy Chipps, 31, 2806 Grand Ave., Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants on charges of three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance.

* Brandi Michelle McCroskey, 36, 4318 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of fraudulent scheme, grand larceny and three counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

* Mark Aaron McIntyre, 35, 223 Broughton Ave., Marietta was indicted on charges of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and unlawful taking of a vehicle.

* Brian Scott Moore, 42, in custody at the Southwestern Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of malicious assault, fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference, grand larceny, receiving stolen property and receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle.

* Franklin Neer, 34, 1703 Spring St., Parkersburg, and Bobbie Jo Neer, 41, 815 Liberty St., Parkersburg, were indicted as co-defendants on charges of breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

* Deshawn Derese Nelson, 48, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of attempted arson, obstructing an officer, battery and two counts of assault.

*Alphrin Arnett Norman, 24, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of assault during the commission of a felony, malicious assault, use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony and four counts each of burglary and wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

* Michael Chad Owens, 34, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of grand larceny, two counts a petit larceny and six counts each of breaking and entering and entering without breaking.

* Nicholas Patterson, 35, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of person prohibited from possessing a firearm.

* Joshua Adam Polsley, 33, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

* Larry G. Richards Jr., 32, 502 Lubeck Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of fraudulent scheme, embezzlement and grand larceny by embezzlement.

* Connor David Robey, 26, 3850 Central Ave., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of forgery.

* Jonathan Rossitier, 18, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on a charge of inmate in possession of a controlled substance.

* Glenda Renea Roush, 33, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on eight counts of burglary and one count each of petit larceny, grand larceny, breaking and entering an automobile and third-offense shoplifting.

* Jacob S. Roush, 23, 2420 McDonald Ave., Vincent, Ohio, was indicted on a charge of child neglect creating a risk of injury.

* Tod Jeremy Russell, 34, 392 Mikala Drive, Rockport, was indicted on two counts each of sexual abuse by a custodian and first-degree sexual abuse.

* Joshua D. Saunders, 20, 80 Dye St., Newport, Ohio, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana.

* Christopher Lee Snyder, 40, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Desirea L. Webb, 31, 3107 City View Drive, Parkersburg, were indicted as co-defendants. Snyder was indicted on five counts each of breaking and entering and breaking without entering, one count each of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit entering without breaking, grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. Webb was indicted on charges of breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit entering without breaking.

* Thomas Eugene Stevens III, 37, 51 Ridgewood Drive, Williamstown, was indicted on two counts of third-offense driving on a license revoked or suspended for DUI.

* William Joseph Stout, 40, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of first-degree robbery and second-degree robbery.

* Edward Lee Summers, 35, 1421 19th St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

* Steven R. Tefft, 57, 5 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of grand larceny.

* Quinn M. Tennant, 26, 56456 DuPont Road, Parkersburg, was indicted on five counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

* Christopher Paul Ward, 49, 24 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of embezzlement.

* Danyale Brooke Whited, 33, and Dwayne Tyrell Alexander, 27, both in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, and Savannah Lou Brock, 33, 2024 17th St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants. Whited was charged with eight counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Alexander was indicted on two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each person prohibited from possessing a firearm and use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Brock was charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* John Maxwell Wilson III, 44, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of person prohibited from possessing a firearm, two counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and one count each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, fleeing from an officer on foot and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

* Phillip J. Wilson Jr., 31, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts each of second-degree sexual assault and sexual assault.

* Shana Joy Yopp, 41, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, and John Estep, address and age unknown, were indicted as co-defendants on charges of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Yopp was also indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Estep was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
