Wood County Circuit Court completes grand jury arraignments

PARKERSBURG — Arraignments from last week’s grand jury were completed Friday in Wood County Circuit Court.

Appearing before Judge Jason Wharton:

* Ahmed Omar Aden, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail. He was charged with attempted obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, forgery or deception, conspiracy to commit obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, forgery or deception and controlled substance. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22

* Jeremy T. Allen, 26, 1672 Woodhurst Court, Columbus, Ohio, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference and fleeing from an officer other than the use of a vehicle. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 18

* David Scott Armstrong, 27, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, who was indicted on a murder charge. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Sept. 19.

* Jason Andrew Austin, 34, 10239 Lookout Road, S.W., Lancaster, Ohio, was indicted on a charge of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference. He did not appear and a warrant was issued.

* Shawn Michael Bailey, 21, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference and fleeing from an officer other than the use of a vehicle and receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. After he entered a not guilty plea his trial date was set for Aug. 29

* Chad Everett Flores, 46, 34 Wildwood Circle, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while DUI of a controlled substance, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless disregard, fleeing from an officer on foot and driving while in an impaired state. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 29.

* Justin Ketterman, 31, 1318 Oak St., Parkersburg, and Barbara Ann Ketterman, 37, 513 21st St., Vienna, were indicted on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Justin Ketterman was also indicted on two counts of third-offense driving under the influence of controlled substance and third-offense DUI. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for Aug. 8.

* Kevin Mason and Michael Morris, addresses and date of birth unknown, Albert Chute, 21, Brenda Bailey, 35, and Chastity Hope Gibson, 25, all in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, were named as co-defendants. Mason and Chute were indicted on a charge of wanton endangerment with a firearm and Morris was indicted on two counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm. They all were indicted on a count of conspiracy to commit wanton endangerment with a firearm. Mason and Morris did not apear while the others entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for July 18.

* Trent Dwight Mason, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and escape. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 18

* Sean Michael Masten, 29, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on four counts of attempted burglary, breaking and entering, entering without breaking, destruction of property and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 8.

* Jeffery Lyle Sampson, 47, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on six counts of murder, kidnapping, two counts of burglary, use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony and wanton endangerment with a firearm. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Sept. 19.

* Eric Gunnar Sciance, 22, 1347 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless disregard and destruction of property. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 8.

* Adam C. Wade, 37, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on three counts of burglary and one count of petit larceny. He did not appear and a warrant was issued.

* Ralph W. White, 35, Health Wells, 24, and Cheyanne Kirl, 24, all in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on charge of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver and receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for July 18.

* Jason A. Yeaman, 34, 622 Long St., Ravenswood, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 29.

Appearing before Judge Robert Waters:

* Tyler James Ash, 27, 705 Palmer Drive, Parkersburg, was indicted on three counts of burglary, two counts of fleeing from an officer and one count each of attempt to disarm an officer and battery of a law enforcement official. His arraignment was delayed to a later date.

* Bradley M. Bay, 27, 45 Ruby Drive, Davisville, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 12.

* Kimberly Darlene Bonnett, 45, 1315 14th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of burglary. She did not appear since she is in custody at the Washington County Jail.

* Brian Keith Day II, 29, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was indicted on two counts each of second-degree sexual assault and third-degree sexual abuse and one count of first-degree sexual abuse. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 18

* Ryan Willard Ewing, 28, 1105 Merrick St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of grand larceny and petit larceny. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 18.

* Julio Angel Gonzalez, 48, 540 College Parkway, Lot 105, Parkersburg, indicted on five counts of fraudulent use of an access device. She did not appear and a warrant was issued.

* Leah D. Hartness, 28, 1803 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was indicted on three counts of burglary and one count of conspiracy to operate or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 25.

* Mathis Eugene Johnson, 34, 1405 18th St., Parkersburg, and Timothy Morton, 836 Man Of War Road, Walker, were named as co-defendants in an indictment charging them with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Johnson was also charged with receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. Johnson did not appear, a warrant was issued and his bond was revoked. Morton entered a not guilty plea and the trial date was set for July 18.

* Nichole Danielle Kelly, 25, 931 Williams Highway, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury. She entered a not guilty plea and her trial date was set for Aug. 1.

* Gregory Long Jr., 29, 2008 1/2 20th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of embezzlement and fraudulent scheme. He did not appear since he is in custody out of the area.

* Amanda Dawn Mackey, 33, 5145 Bell Creek Road, Parkersburg, indicted on four counts of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes. She did not appear, a capias was issued and her bond was revoked.

* Steven Lee McClain, 41, 121 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and four counts of distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He did not appear, a capias was issued and his bond was revoked.

* Steven J. McGee, 45, 16 Grove St., Marietta and Dennis Stacy, 48, 1194 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming were indicted on charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to operate or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and possession of precursor to manufacture methamphetamine. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for Aug. 29.

* Lewis Ryan Meeks, 25, 288 Madison St., Ellenboro, and Macy Sandy, 30, 60 Powell Drive, Apt. 60, Parkersburg, were indicted on charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy to operate or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for Aug. 1.

* Shawn Harold Miller, 46, 1802 Broad St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of third-offense DUI. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Bonnie Myers, 57, 1001 Market St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of third-offense shoplifting. She entered a not guilty plea and her trial date was set for Aug. 16.

* Freddie Thomas Ricks III, 46, and Kellie Ricks, 38, both of 2315 Liberty St., Parkersburg, were indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for July 25

* Roy Allen Spellman Jr., 37, 1350 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was charged with four counts of attempted obtaining controlled substance by fraud, forgery or deception. He did not appear, a warrant was issued and his bond was revoked.

* Joshua Lee Thompson, 34, 610 Williams Ave., Williamstown, was indicted on a charge of third-offense domestic battery. did not appear since he is in custody at St. Marys.

* Rebekah Elise Utt, 24, 1803 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of driving while in an impaired state causing a serious bodily injury, driving while in an impaired state and driving while in an impaired state causing a bodily injury. She entered a not guilty plea and her trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Shannon Wade, 33, 2515 Broadway Extension, Parkersburg, was indicted on five counts delivery of a controlled substance. She was not transported to appear.

* David Eric West, 35, 256 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Zac Blaine Wilson, homeless, was indicted on a grand larceny charge. He did not appear, a warrant was issued and his bond was revoked.

Before Judge J.D. Beane

* Jared Michael Adkins, 24, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was charged with controlled substance with intent to deliver, use or presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony, person prohibited from possessing a firearm and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana. He entered a not guilty plea with a demand for a speedy trial and his trial date was set for July 25.

* Meredith Miller Bauer, 40, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, indicted on six counts of delivery of a controlled substance. She entered a not guilty plea with a demand for a speedy trial and his trial date was set for Aug. 8.

* Jolan Kainon Bennett, 19, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, indicted on two counts of first-degree sexual assault and one count each of first-degree sexual abuse and incest. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Charles Russell Conrad Jr., 25, 12098 Pike St., Parkersburg, was indicted on four counts of forgery and five counts of uttering. He was reset for a later date.

* James C. Dulaney III, 21, 109 Capt. Ames Drive, Parkersburg, was indicted on 10 counts of fraudulent use of an access device. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 1.

* Joey L. Fowler, 48, 3241 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, indicted on charges of second-offense manufacture of a controlled substance and person prohibited from possessing firearms. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Sept. 6.

* Holly M. Goodson, also known as Holly M. Miller, 34, 6 Avery Place, Apt. B, Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of third-offense driving on a license revoked or suspended for DUI. She entered a not guilty plea and her trial date was set for Sept. 6.

* Travis Richard James, 32, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, indicted on two counts of forgery of a public record. A plea hearing was set for 1:30 p.n. June 8

* Justin Michael Jones, 32, 3615 Shay Ridge Road, New Matamoras, Ohio, was indicted on charges of burglary and battery. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* David M. Kestner, 35, 2091 Pond Creek Road, Ravenswood, was indicted on a charge of grand larceny. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Jennifer Lynn Lynch, 35, 516 Buckley Ave., Apt. 8B, Williamstown, was indicted on charges of child abuse resulting in injury, domestic battery and child neglect resulting in injury. She entered a not guilty plea with a demand for a speedy trial and her trial date was set for June 13

* Dexter Eugene Marks Jr., 28, 902 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, indicted for fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 8.

* Marcus L. McDonald, 34, 1440 20th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Holly M. Miller, 37, 1335 Idlewilde Drive, Columbus, and Alex N. Holden, 34, 5008 Coventry Court N., Columbus, were indicted on two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. She did not appear and a warrant was issued and her bond was revoked. He entered a not guilty plea and the trial date was set for Sept. 6.

* Anthony Michael Mowry, 400, 1614 Pearcy St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charge of person prohibited from possessing a firearm. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Aug. 8.

* Everett Twyman Patterson, 52, 80 Quincy St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was indicted on four counts of second-offense failure to provide notice of registration changes. A capias was issued since he did not appear.

* Matthew Alan Smith, 31, 703 21st St., Vienna, was indicted on two counts of burglary and one count of grand larceny. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for July 25.

* Clyde Anthony Taylor, 47, 2203 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on four counts of third-offense shoplifting. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for June 22.

* Taylor Tibbs, 21, 506 Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, and Amber Pettry, 20, 2437 Wells Lock Road, Elizabeth, were incited on charge of fraudulent use of an access device and conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of an access device. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for July 11.

* James Michael Vincent, 47, 95 Pinewood Village, Parkersburg, was indicted on five counts each of first-degree sexual abuse and sexual abuse by a custodian. He entered a not guilty plea and his trial date was set for Sept. 6.

* Aimee B. Wamsley, 28, 2512 39th St., Apt. 2B, Parkersburg, and Zachary Wamsley, 23, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on six counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and maintaining a dwelling for keeping controlled substances. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for Aug. 22.

* Suetaraha Wilson, 26, 62 Jones St., Mineral Wells, and James Richard Vance II, 45, 67 Friar Tuck Road, Belleville, were indicted on a charge of conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of an access device and Wilson was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device. They entered not guilty pleas and their trial date was set for June 27.
