Local officials file for re-election
PARKERSBURG – Incumbents have filed to seek re-election in Wood County.
Democrat Wayne Patrick Dunn, Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, filed with the Wood County Clerk’s Office to seek re-election to the Wood County Commission.
Lawrence Garrett Hasbargen, Willoughby Drive, Parkersburg filed to seek re-election to the Wood County Board of Education.
Candidates filed to run for the state Legislature, said the Secretary of State’s Office in Charleston.
Incumbent Republican Steve Westfall, South Church Street, Ripley, filed to run again for his 12th District seat for Jackson County in the House of Delegates.
Incumbent Republican Lynwood “Woody” Ireland, Ireland Road, Pullman, filed to run for his 7th District seat for Ritchie County in the House of Delegates.
Filing runs to Jan. 25.
