Vincent man facing drug charges
VIENNA – Multiple law enforcement agencies took part in the arrest of a Vincent man wanted out of Washington County, Ohio, after a July 2013 Washington County Grand Jury indictment, police said.
Michael Von Richards, 36, 1365 McGill Run Road, Vincent, Ohio, was wanted for six counts of trafficking in heroin, two counts of possessing heroin and one count of engaging in patterns of corrupt activity, all felonies.
Officers with the Vienna Police Department, Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force and Washington County Major Crimes Task Force located Richards in Vienna at 2202 Ninth Ave., Apt. 6.
He was taken into custody without incident around 10 a.m. Tuesday and immediately taken to the Vienna Police Department. He was later transported to the Wood County Holding Center from where he will be sent to the North Central Regional Jail to await extradition to Ohio, police said.
