Circuit Court hears 4 cases
PARKERSBURG – Four hearings took place Thursday in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Theodore Junior Gibson, 30, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was granted a motion to reduce his bond. Judge Robert Waters reduced his bond from $50,000 to $25,000 with home confinement. He was bound over to circuit court after he waived preliminary hearings on charges of exposure of a child to methamphetamine and operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.
* James Joseph Trussell, 33, in custody, entered a plea agreement to plead guilty to charges of third-offense DUI and driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI. His sentencing was set by Judge Jeffrey Reed for 9 a.m. Jan. 16, 2014.
* Tracy Leanne Michael, 45, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, entered a plea agreement to plead guilty to a charge of fraudulent use of an access device as charged by the September 2013 grand jury. Her sentencing was set for 11 a.m. Dec. 28 before Reed.
* Sean Anthony Nalle, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, was set for trial on Dec. 10 before Reed. Nalle was indicted by the May 2013 grand jury on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
