Gross sought for copper theft
PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg Police Department’s Warrant of the Week is a man wanted for the theft of copper.
Larry Paul Gross, 33, 903 Pike St., Parkersburg, failed to appear in Wood County Circuit Court after he was indicted Dec. 21 by a Wood County Grand Jury for the grand larceny of copper from Frontier Communications. He also is wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in Wood County Magistrate Court on Jan. 15 on a shoplifting charge.
Detectives have been searching for Gross and believe he is in the area, Sgt. Greg Collins, police spokesman, said.
