Man charged with Sumner break in

PARKERSBURG A man on Friday was charged with the November break in at the Sumner School Museum on Avery Street where more than $18,000 in copper pipe and tools were taken.

Justin Randolf Stukey, 30, 1717 Park St., was taken into custody on Thursday nnight for another break in, Parkersburg Police said. He was charged on Friday with the Sumner incident.
