Munson enters plea agreement

PARKERSBURG – Raymond J. Munson, 28, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, entered a plea agreement Friday in Wood County Circuit Court.

He pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver as charged by the September 2012 grand jury. He was sentenced to one to five years home confinement with credit for 74 days served to run consecutive to a sentence of one to five years he is now serving for delivery of a controlled substance from 2010.

He was placed on three years probation on April 14, 2011 for the first charge but it was revoked July 17, 2012 and he was sentenced to serve the remainder of the sentence in prison. His home confinement sentence is to begin when he is released from the prison sentence on parole.
