OVU to host annual preaching seminar
VIENNA – Ohio Valley University will host the annual Inman Biblical Preaching Seminar on May 12-14.

Campbell was considered to be a leading influence in America’s large 19th century indigenous religious movement, known as the Churches of Christ.
He founded Bethany College in 1840 and was a leader in education.
Registration is $35 if paid by May 7. It is $45 if paid after May 7. Registration the day of the seminar begins at 3 p.m. on May 12 in the Alumni Gymnasium. A registration form can be downloaded at “http://www.ovu.edu/inman”>www.ovu.edu/inman.
The registration includes continental breakfast, Tuesday trip to Bethany with lunch, and catered dinner. Registrants have the option of staying overnight on campus for $25 per night per person; however, they will need to provide their own linens and bedding.
The Inman Biblical Preaching Seminar is named in honor of Clifton Inman, a longtime Bible professor and one of the founders of Ohio Valley College. Inman passed away in 1990.
“Brother Clifton Inman had a passion for preaching and teaching from the biblical text. It is our goal to continue that tradition every year with the Inman Biblical Preaching Seminar. We offer the seminar to churches as part of our commitment to assist those who are preaching and teaching. Our goal is to provide a set of lessons on an Old Testament book, another set on a New Testament book, and a final set that will enhance one’s experience in Bible study and ministry,” said Mike Moss, dean of OVU School of Biblical Studies and Behavioral Studies.
