The chamber will fill four open seats on the board for terms starting on Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020.

The second terms of members Dave McClure of Camden Clark Medical Center, Christina Smith of The Arc of the Mid-Ohio Valley and Ken Watts of the West Virginia Credit Union League will end in December.

The fourth position is a vacancy created hen Joe Oliverio changed jobs to an employer who was not an member of the chamber.

The bylaws allow for up to 15 members.

DeAnn Cummings will succeed McClure as chairman in 2018 for a one-year term. Cumings will be succeeded by Patsy Hardy, who succeeded Oliverio as vice chairman.
