PARKERSBURG – Seven employees at First Neighborhood Bank have been promoted, President and CEO David M. Righter said.

Gina Houser was promoted to vice president and will continue her duties as the bank’s BSA officer and operations officer.

Promoted to assistant vice president were Liz McGill-Bleakley, Jeremy Webb and Susan Garrison.

Bleakley and Webb will continue as business development officers focusing on financial products. Garrison will serve dual roles as human resources officer and marketing officer.

Also promoted to assistant vice president was Haley Meredith. As a mortgage banking officer, Meredith will lead the bank’s new mortgage center in south Parkersburg at Division Street and Camden Avenue.

Righter also appointed Judy Kimble and Linda Dearth as personal bankers in the Emerson Avenue office.

First Neighborhood Bank is a community bank offering deposit accounts, commercial, mortgage and consumer lending. It was established in 1911 and has offices in Spencer, north Parkersburg and south Parkersburg.
