Alice Elizabeth Queen and Jeffrey Paul Storz were united in marriage on Sept. 14, 2013, at the Sand Hill United Methodist Church in Williamstown. The Rev. Lauren Godwin blessed their unity.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Margaret Queen of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of Carmen Queen and the late Howard Queen of Parkersburg and of the late Robert and Eleanor Reilley of Parkersburg. She is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg South High School, a 2011 graduate of Muskingum University and a 2013 graduate of the University of Akron with a master’s degree in social work. She is employed by the Victim Assistance Program of Summit County.

The groom is the son of Paul and Beverly Storz of Canal Fulton, Ohio. He is the grandson of Louise Storz and the late Paul Storz of Navarre, Ohio, and the late Bill and Martha Rawlings of Miamisburg, Ohio. He is a 2007 graduate of Northwest High School and a 2011 graduate of Muskingum University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He is employed by the J. M. Smucker Co.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a white, side-draped fit and flare gown with applique detail. The gown laced up in the back and had a sweep train. She wore jewelry from the groom and her grandma’s ring. She carried a bouquet of sunflowers, black beauty roses and Peruvian lilies.

The bridesmaids and maid of honor wore dresses of different styles, all of the same dark apple-red shade. Chelsea Conley, sorority sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included the bride’s sisters, Sylvia Owens and Rebecca Wood; the bride’s friend, Stacey McGill; and the sisters of the groom, Sara Neville and Karen Smith. Alaina Owens and Jemma Smith were the flower girls.

Michael Lopreste, friend of the bride and groom, was the best man. Groomsmen included friends of the groom Mark Steiner and Forrest Wright; the bride’s brother-in-law, Joe Owens; and brothers-in-law of the groom, Joe Neville and Allen Smith. Jackson Neville was the ring bearer.

Katie Stoneman, sorority sister of the bride, sang “The Prayer” during the ceremony. The ceremony was followed by a reception at Grand Pointe Conference and Reception Center in Vienna. The cake was decorated with sunflowers and dark apple-red ribbon. Tables were decorated with sunflowers, candles and apple-red accents.

After a honeymoon in Disney World, the couple resides near Akron.
