Lacey Nichole Small and Drake Ryan Stephens were united in marriage at DuPont Recreational Park in Washington, W.Va., with Pastor Darin Crites officiating the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Marvin and Lisa Small of Mineral Wells. She is the granddaughter of Norman and Nina Allman of Mineral Wells and Dean and Grace Small of Belleville. The groom is the grandson of Ron and Sherrell Wigal of Parkersburg.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. She wore a strapless white gown with a lace veil made by Belgium nuns. She carried a handmade bouquet that was made by Carrie Monroe of Washington.

Tammie Goff of Washington, served as the matron of honor and Ryan Small of Mineral Wells served as the best man. Clayton Small of Parkersburg served as the ring bearer, and Madelynn Monroe of Washington served as the flower girl. Jordon Allman of Parkersburg and Amanda Jackson of Ellicott City, Md., were the guest registrars.

A reception was held after the outdoor ceremony with the help of Marlene Shriver and Arlene Loiseau, both of Belleville.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is pursuing a degree in accounting at West Virginia University of Parkersburg.

The groom is a 2009 graduate of American Homeschooling. He is employed at Hawkeye Research.

After a honeymoon in Emerald Isle, the couple resides in Mineral Wells.
