Together with their parents, Lindsay Nicole Leasure and Michael Paul Kupfner annouce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rusty and Sandy Leasure of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of Jim and Grace Stanley of Belpre and Buck and Charlotte Leasure of Mineral Wells.
She is a 2008 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2012 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in science of dental hygiene.
She is a registered dental hygienist and works for Dr. Richard Gerber in St. Mary’s.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Ronnie Cale of Waverly, and Laura Kupfner of Vienna. He is the grandson of Paul Kupfner and the late Susan Kupfner of Walker and Fram Cale and the late Annie Cale of Waverly. He is a 2008 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2009 graduate of Washington State Community College as a licensed massage therapist. He is set to graduate from West Virginia University of Parkersburg with a bachelor’s degree in education in 2014. He is an assistant football coach for Hamilton Middle School in Parkersburg.
A wedding is planned for May 18 at the Nemesis Shrine Club in Parkersburg with a reception to follow. A honeymoon is planned for Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The couple will reside in Parkersburg.
