Jan Bargeloh of Mineral Wells is celebrating her 80th birthday on Dec. 18.
She was born Dec. 18, 1937, the third child of Russell K. and Clara Moore.
She is a 1955 graduate of Parkersburg High School, and received her R.N. from the Camden Clark Hospital School of Nursing and later received her BSN.
She worked at Camden Clark as a charge nurse. She also worked as a construction nurse at DuPont, before serving many years as school nurse at PHS and at Ohio Valley College.
Although retired, she actively serves in ministry through Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Mineral Wells.
She married David L. Bargeloh in 1957.
She has two daughters, Cindy(Wayne) Smith of St. Marys, and Terri (Rob) Foster of Fort Mill, S.C.
She has two grandchildren, Allison (Andrew) Ritchie of Charlotte, N.C., and Zachary (Morgan) Foster of Winston-Salem, N.C.
She one great-granddaughter, Charlotte, of Winston-Salem.
The family will celebrate her birthday with a dinner party.
